A subscription is the best way to experience The PetSolution and all of our great products! As a subscription customer, all products are available at a discounted price, you will receive free gifts, and much more!

If you would like to amend your subscription all you need to do is submit your request via email, and a customer service agent will be in touch to confirm the update in 24-48 hours.

If you would like to change the items in your subscription, then all you need to do is fill out our customer service contact form or directly email us at: thepetsolutioncontact@gmail.com

Your subscription charge date will depend upon the date on which your subscription purchase was made. We will always endeavor to take payment on the same day each month.

Our accounts portal for subscribers will allow you to easily adjust shipping schedules and edit/cancel any of your subscriptions.

Please note: you don’t automatically create an account by subscribing to a product. If it’s the first time you are seeing the sign-up/login page then you probably haven’t created your account yet.

Once you’re logged in to the My Account page, you will find your currently active subscriptions.

Click Edit Subscription on the one you would like to manage.

You can remove your add-ons at the top of your subscription settings, as well as change the frequency of your deliveries.

To pause your subscription, click on the button next to ‘Pause subscription for a month’, this option will automatically reset after a month.

To cancel your subscription, go to the bottom of your subscription settings and choose ‘Cancel Your Deliveries’ under ‘Stop your regular deliveries’.

However, when you cancel your subscription, you’ll lose access to discounted products, free gifts, early access to new products, and, most importantly, your pet will stop their supplement intake!

We do however understand that it is important to be able to cancel or amend your subscription at any time.
